SCIENCE EXPERIMENTS IN NURSERY SCHOOL.

First hypotheses
Picking in the classroom, different things to see if they are floating or not

Secondly
On a sheet of paper with images of the chosen things, pupils had to put the OBJECT in water and then cercle the OBJECT if it is floating or cross it if it is sinking.

To end with those experiments, I asked pupils a last challenge: making a boat with modelling clay.
The goal was to demonstrate that it is not because of its weight that an object is floating or not but because of its material and its shape.
